Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- Trading & buying office : home electrical appliances and consumer electronic products
- Main market : Europe
- Hong Kong office : 80-100 staff
- We are looking for SHIPPING OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Shipping team of 4 members
- Report to Shipping Manager
- Perform full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents
- Able to handle the import/export declaration by Tradelink
- Prepare, submit, record, and file import/export shipping documents
- Liaise with internal and external parties on daily logistics inbound and outbound for shipment allocation to ensure on-time shipment delivery
- Assist in the preparation of ocean freight contract tendering
- Diploma holder or above
- Studies in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Management or related business field is a plus
- At least 10 years related experience in trading company or buying office
- Good Command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Familiar with the EU market
- Proficiency in PC knowledge (e.g. MS Word & Excel)
- Familiar with ERP system, experience in Microsoft Navsion will be advantage
- 5 days work; flexible working hours
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 15 days
- Two days per week work from home
