• Support end-to-end software development cycle from user requirement gathering, requirement analysis, project documentation, status monitoring, UAT, implementation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across offices and development teams to define product features, workflow, flowchart and function list
• With both business and technical focus, the person is expected to take on a key communication role in bridging between the end users, technical teams and solution consultant
• Provide 1st level support to internal and external users who are using M+R solutions including: Order Management Solution, Booking Management Solution, Warehouse Management System, Invoicing Solution, Track & Track Solution etc. via emails or calls
• Recommend modifications and assist in engineering of the business processes
• Support in other activities related to the solutions including pre-sales, preparation of presentation materials and distribution of email newsletter

We are looking for you if you have these qualities:

• Degree holder in Information Systems & Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• 1- 5 years of experience in requirement analysis, system implementation, EDI integrations and support
• With relevant exposure in supply chain and logistic industry is a plus
• Experienced in using Power BI tool is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) communication ability. Fluency in any other language is a definite advantage
• Good Analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and perform under pressure
• A team player who works well with peers and has the ability to develop trust and respect of team members in a complex and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to act entrepreneurial and think creatively and proactively
