Production Planner

Duties:

• Scheduling production plan and product assembly project to ensure the order completion deadlines are met.
• Liaising with all parties to ensure sources of material, labor, and equipment availability to proceed with customers’ orders up to the delivery phase.
• Promptly addressing and resolving problems to minimize delays in production and the assembly project.
• Preparing material, production status, inventory, and performance reports in a timely manner.
• Positive response to customers’ inquiries and complaints in an effective way
• Promptly informing the internal departments of changes and time of delivery for completion of orders.

Compliance and Documentation Duties:

• Review and update the compliance policy, certification, and the compliance management system (ISO, lab test, etc)

Requirements

• About 3 years of experience in manufacturing, scheduling, or assembly
• Proficiency in using MS-office, particularly Excel
• Well-understanding of the manufacturing planning procedures, production workflow, and distribution in a manufacturing-based business.
• Analytical thinking and ability
• Good command of the written English
• Be a professional attitude toward customers is important.
• Excellent in document processing
