1. Handling Lc/shipping documents
2. Responsible for inbound shipments and liaise with oversea suppliers/factories for delivery arrangement
3. Prepare and manage shipping schedule / reports for further shipment analysis
4. Continuously monitor the shipping schedule to ensure the timely delivery of goods
5. Communicate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
6. Ad hoc duties as assigned

1. DSE / Diploma or above, preferably with experience working in the shipping/logistics industry
2. At least 1year working experience, preferably in Logistics or Manufacturing or International trade
3. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
4. Responsible, able to work independently and meet with the assignment deadline
5. Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and good typing skills
6. Immediate available is preferred. One month notice will also be considered
7. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Logistics
