Responsibilities:

• Lead and act as a facilitator on DC & process improvement projects
• Support system migration and post go-live system maintenance
• Provide training to Loading and Warehouse staff for process changes
• Work closely with the consultants to ensure all design changes can support operation needs
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in warehouse & logistics operation in which 3 years at supervisory level
• Good communication, problem solving and decision making skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in SAP WMS is a must
• Project management experience is preferred
