Responsibilities：

• Handle daily operations of Sales department, included but unlimited: customer’s inquiries, order follow up, invoicing, delivery and logistics, Sales report and analysis etc;
• Maintain a good relationship with potential and existing clients;
• Liaise with clients and internal departments for sales activities follow-up;
• Provide administrative support across to Sales departments;
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

 Requirements :

• Diploma holder, preferable major in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline;
• With 1-2 years or above working experience,  preferable in FMCG / Catering Services /Manufacturing industry ;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, Mandarin and English;
• Good communication skill, presentable, analytical, self-motivated, team player and capacity to work independently.
