Responsibilities:

Daily Operation

• Manage daily operation of meal box delivery to schools, including on-site support and causal workers’ performance monitoring
• Handle feedback and enquiry from clients
• Support meal box preparation and delivery arrangement at Reheat Center 

Business Development Support

• Assist Account Manager to organize Production Center visit and food tasting presentation
• Prepare related tender documents
• Handle general inquiry from customers including parents and school representatives, and clerical duties
• Assists in ad hoc duties or projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in F&B or Catering Industry
• Outgoing, patient, good interpersonal skills and able to work with different level of staff
• Well organized, detail-minded and problem solving
  
• Good spoken in Cantonese and good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
