Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide the clerical support to daily sales activities, including the preparation of issuing sales order, invoices, sales report and analysis, promotion report, etc.;
- Support for sales coordination with both internal and external parties;
- Provide polite and efficient customers service;
- Prepare the sales report;
- Maintain department database records & good filing system;
- Monitor delivery schedule and stock balance;
- Assist to handle the sales promotion activities in various Japanese Supermarkets;
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above;
- 1 year of working experience in sales coordination;
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and good communication skills;
- Cheerful personality, well organized and good time management;
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel V lookup, Chinese Word processing & PowerPoint;
- Good command of writing English and Chinese;
- Immediate available will be preferred.
