Job Description
職責 :
- 編排每月值勤表。
- 監督員工日常工作，並需負責部份清潔工作。
- 負責確保會所內的公眾地方及設備保持整潔。
- 提供培訓、激勵員工及有效管理提升服務質素。
- 能獨立處理突發事件。
要求 :
- 最少三年相關督導工作經驗，有會所或酒店業經驗為佳。
- 能書寫中文及略懂簡單英語。
- 待人有禮，良好溝通技巧。
- 能操作基本電腦。
