Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to office users included computers, mobile devices, in-house system, CCTV and audio-visual equipment.
• Support Retail Shop POS and IT system issue.
• Provide 2nd line Support on online platform included product updates, promotion updates, pricing updates, and digital marketing campaigns etc.
• Deploy and update system and application software.
• Maintain IT Inventory and perform IT equipment procurement.
• Perform user account management and administration.
• Monitor system backup.
• Provide end-user training and update operation manuals and guideline.
• Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Working experience in FMCG industry (E-comm and Retail) will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience Azure, M365, O365 services is must.
• Knowledge of Linux administration is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting skill.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail minded and result oriented.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferred.
