Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation support on IT systems or vendor solutions for the customers
• To provide IT support and onsite technical support services to external customers
• To perform diagnosis and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking related issues
• Work with different teams, suppliers, vendors and users to deliver assigned tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2-4 years relevant practical experience is preferred
• Hand on experience in manage the servers, routers, switches, SAN, firewall, AP and all other network peripheral
• Hand on experience in MS AD, Exchange Server, MS SCCM, Microsoft 365, Linux server, VMware, Citrix, Data Backup
• Hand on experience in maintaining system and network infrastructure
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Customer facing experience is preferred, A good team player with outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
