Job Descriptions:

Monitor company computer system, install and configure hardware and software
As the 1st person to provide end-user support for offices and clinics in a timely manner
Regular check of phone system, CCTV system, networking platform, O365, Windows AD, Virtualization and Azure cloud management
Provide relevant training to new users
Keep full and accurate record of all incidents handled and maintain IT assets inventory

Requirements:

Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
2 years of experience in IT service desk support
Experience to support for various locations, out of office work is required
Proficiency in Microsoft platform, Window Active Directory, O365 and other related technologies
Advantage to have qualifications such as CCNA or MCSE
Good at problem-solving, proactive and helpful
Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
