Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support to end-users and clients
- Perform hardware/software installation, repair and troubleshooting
- Network administration and system monitoring
- Maintain and track hardware/software inventory
- Liaise with service providers/vendors on warranty, maintenance and technical matters
- Working hours: 2 shifts: 9am-6pm / 2pm-11pm
- Shift allowance is provided
Job Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Networking, System Administration, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese
- Punctual, hardworking and responsible
- Immediate available preferred
