Job Description
Currently working with an Insurance company that is looking to appoint an experienced AV Specialist with a passion for innovation to support their growing internal demand for Audio-Visual (AV) communication, broadcasting, and production.
Within the Group Multimedia Services, the AV Specialist is to own and facilitate, from project initiation and planning to deliver the event for the organization. Events can range from live streaming, corporate video filming, live events to live production from our green screen cyclorama studio or on-site locations.
Requirements:
o 5 years’ experience in live events
o Pro-active, team player, can work independently and highly motivated
o Innovative and must recognise problems, suggest contingency plans, and provide solutions
o Excellent computer literacy, network skills and mainly streaming services such as MS Teams and Zoom
o Proficiency with network broadcast switcher (NewTek Tricaster, Blackmagic ATEM)
o Understanding of network AV such as NDI and DANTE.
o Well-organized and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadline
o Ability to work under deadline pressure and flexible working hours to match client requirements during
Event/Training weeks
o Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix AV equipment.
