Job Description
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the identity system, and provide 24x7 services to end-users
- Develop and improve the operation and maintenance process
- Handle major issues & potential crisis
- Collect and analyze the system improvement needs and guide the development team to implement
- Manage onsite and remote operation & maintenance teams
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in Financial Technology or IT industry with development background
- Minimum 5 years of management experience of system operation & maintenance team
- Rich experience in system operation & maintenance, understand ITIL or ISO2000, and/or other service systems
- Rich experience in design, planning, and accident handling of large-scale systems
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships between different departments
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Strong experience in people management (e.g. team management, vendor management, etc.)
- Technical skills - Popular microservice frameworks, Cloud computing and data centers, Java/Go, Mainstream database MySQL
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
