• Performs project co-ordination on IT infrastructure project
• Performs regular system & network review, monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management
• Handles daily technical support and enquiry of users
• Provides non-office hour services for system migration, maintenance and operation support
• Works closely with vendors for the execution of system rollout

• Holder of diploma or degree in Engineering or related subjects with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Know how to plan and implement IT infrastructure project
• Experience on vendor negotiation, co-ordination and management
• Experience on network infrastructure implementation and support include routers, switches, firewalls, Wifi and IDS devices
• Sound technical knowledge and experience on VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux/Unix Server, SAN storage, and backup management is preferred
• Experience on IP phone system and telephone recording system operation
• Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Engineer
