Job Responsibilities:

The project manager shall report to and assist the project director, and be responsible for the day-to-day project management in taking forward the integration and implementation of the CMMP System. The project manager shall conduct project tracking and control, resolve project issues, apply quality control management, the Implementation & Maintenance Team and other parties, and ensure the project deliverables are provided on time and fulfilling user requirements. He shall attend the Government meeting for the project implementation & Maintenance.

• Monitor subcontractors to perform Implementation，Support & Maintenance Services of the project
• Articulate the project definition and scope statement
• Follow and execute the project plan
• Assign and evaluate resources to facilitate the project
• Overall monitor and control the quality, progress and schedule of the projects
• Liaise with different stakeholders regarding requirements definition, best practices in system development, performance measurement and management
• Attend Project Steering Committee meetings and Project Assurance Team Meetings

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of post-qualification IT experience, which includes at least 8 years of post-qualification IT experience, which includes at least 4 years of functional or specialty experience in IT project management and at least 2 years of functional or specialty experience in the management of IT project(s) for the implementation of enterprise messaging system with at least 500 users per IT project
• Government large scale project experiences preferable
• Communicate and liaise with the project stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead and collaborate extensively with internal teams and client representatives
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good command of both oral and written English as well as Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
