What you’ll do:

In our Development Sector:

• Experience with high throughput, multi-threaded systems
• Develop new product features and enhancements
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and technical analysts
• Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
• Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary

In our Support Sector:

• Address customer support issues via bug fixes, data cleanup, etc
• Investigate complex issues and uncover both immediate workarounds so that customers can continue working with our platform and long term improvements to our platform
• Communicate directly with clients and Tier I/Tier II support colleagues to help clients resolve technical issues

What you’ll need:

• High Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Basic Hardware and Network knowledge
• Strong team player with good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Able to demonstrate techniques using the following skillsets:

• Aptitude in (or ability to learn) the following:

• Experience with Cloud Based Developments is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
