We are searching on behalf of a Major Bank for Technical Project Manager / Development Manager to lead a development team to work on Multiple Banking Platforms Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs.
• Evaluate software packages.
• Design and develop the technical solutions and application software.
• Ensure the development works meet the standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders, including vendors and business units.
• Participate in software development to meet the project schedule.
• Updated with the Software Development Life Cycle and Design Methodology.
• Prepare documentation.
• Provide technical support.
• Lead Senior System Analyst, System Analyst and Junior Programmers, facilitate cooperation among team members.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 6 years+ experience in Application Software Development with 2-3 years in senior system analysis.
• Solid experience in J2EE applications.
• Knowledge and experience in Java, .Net, VBScript, Ajax, HTML5, CSS, Oracle, MS SQL Server.
• Familiar with eChannels system architecture design is preferable.
• Experience in supporting bank channels systems.
• Experience in managing Large Scale Software Development Project is preferred 
• Strong communication skills.
