Coordination and completion of AR/VR projects related to web3 / NFT sectors

Your new company
My client is a technology solution house for web 3 technologies.

Your new role

• Define and document the scope, resource requirements and work plan for AR/VR projects
• Lead overall program, project, and work streams deliverables (e.g., project planning, milestones execution and monitoring) in alignment with strategic direction
• Establish, lead and motivate the project team to carry out all project tasks and deliverables according to agreed time and cost estimates
• Monitor project plan by reviewing changes and open issues
• Manage effective and timely communication (written and oral) to all project stakeholders including clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, trends, issues and status
• Ensure all project costs are budgeted, forecasted, accrued and charged appropriately and on a timely basis
• Perform project closure including closure of project cost accounts, storage of project files and post implementation reviews

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Experience executing multiple, simultaneous and complex projects
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Well organized with strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with process implementation and process documenting
• Proficient in Cantonese , Mandarin and English
• Immediately available candidate highly preferred
