Job Description
Our client a reputable NGO also a global leader which specialized in designing and implementing digital solutions that serve different industries across the world (over 150 countries with 8000+ corporate clients), aim to facilitating member to adapt online trading and omni-channel business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Service delivery and sales lead of Digital Services team, manage the team of 2-3 staffs and monitor the achievement of KPI targets.
• Recruit new local members and recruit partners to enrich membership services
• Work close with partners and provider valuable solutions to members.
• Engage members to create loyalty and stickiness relation.
• Support to promote digital services related events/ seminars/ projects.
• Research industry trend, competitor capabilities and sales activities
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Less experience will be considered as ‘Assistant Manager’
Requirements:
• Degree holder
• At least 2+ years working experience in business development and handling both clients/members and partners/ vendors relationships.
• Fast learner, out-going personality and willing to take responsibility
• Strong in clients facing skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
• Strong in preparing PowerPoint and comfort to present in front of people.
• A good team player with ability to work independently and work under pressure are must.
• Able to effectively priorities and manage multi-tasking to meet deadlines
• Highly organized and detail oriented plus event/project management skills is advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
