Job Responsibilities:

• Review tender and/or project change documentation. Design a most competitive and cost effective technical and fee proposals for the client(s).
• Research technical details and Octopus know-hows, collect all administrative and commercial inputs, and format the response documents as per required level of standards for tender and change request submission
• Be a time-keeper for all submissions meeting client deadlines as well as bidding/change request process
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to finalise partnership or collaboration scope of works, and work closely with different internal and external specialists
• Handle monthly and quarterly commercial reports and prospect list
• Prepare marketing and presentation materials; explore persuasive theme to demonstrate Octopus competence
• Keep exploring and updating the client database for marketing and business expansion purpose

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Solution architect, project management or engineering background, passionate in implementation and adoption of new methods and technologies in systems and applications helping client to solve their business problems
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in fare collection and payment services industry with proven track record
• Adaptive to tight project timelines and able to work under pressure
• Able to design user-centric documentation and explain complex and technical concepts to clients
• Willing to accept and learn new technologies and sensitive to market trends and initiatives
• Good network for potential partnership, communication and collaboration skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Open-minded, proactive and strong problem solving and analytical skills
