Your new company
Our client is a locally established Bioinformatics Institution. Due to project implementation, they are now looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their team.

Your new role

• Implement, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure (e.g. Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, Email gateway, Antivirus, Router & Switch, etc.
• Assess risks on applications, systems, networks and adopt security measures for risk migration
• Monitor, detect and analyses security events and identify the impact of latest vulnerability for devices and ensure appropriate measures are in place
• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
• Responsible for vendor management

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3-year experience in any industry, proficiency in working with UNIX/Linux will be a plus
• Certificate holder of IT Security, e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP will be a plus
• Knowledge in cloud technologies and good understanding of security incident triage
• Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and vulnerability assessment tools
