Job Description

National Hotels is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us provide our guests with exceptionally thoughtful hospitality. We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99Bonham, and One96.
To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to join our group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email or online channels
- Respond to all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep Reservations Supervisor and Reservations & Revenue Manager informed of all developments in reservations and alert of critical days and slack periods
- Maintain accurate guest history records, and reports and prepare necessary analysis for the manager
- Perform any other duties as maybe assigned and shift duties on a rotation basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in hospitality studies or related subjects
- One year of relevant experience in hotel or related field is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, independent, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Familiar with Opera / Operetta system will be an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken/written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent
