Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure and network system
• Deploy and manage servers including hardware and virtual machines
• Perform system and server administration, upgrade, installation, configuration, performance tuning
• Daily system administration - server, network, security, and firewall maintenance
• Provide technical support for all staff
• Support for various facilities, including printers, video conferencing system, and etc
• Manage IT asset and hardware inventory
• Review IT system and facilities, suggest workflow streamline solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge in networking and different OS such as Microsoft Windows, Linux and MacOS
• Strong technical skills on Windows Domains, Active Directory, Linux, VMWare and SAN/vSAN storage
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Immediate availability preferred
