Responsibilities:

• Support in-house IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support for end users
• Respond to telephone / email / desk-side enquiries from users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution
• Hands-on role including desktop installations (hardware, software, mobile devices etc), configuration, systems testing, and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop & business applications
• Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space
• Manage IT inventory and maintain proper records
• Support infrastructure related projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ experience in infrastructure support
• Experience in implementation, troubleshoot and system administration for VMware Environment, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Enterprise backup
• Experience in Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft server, Office 365, Android & IOS support
• Experience in LAN/WAN networking, storage, router/switch, firewall etc.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
