Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support services, including software and hardware fault diagnosis, system operation and software installation;
• Support Windows Active Directory account management and operation;
• Support Windows 7/10, Office 365 daily maintenance;
• Handle computer-related malfunction and provide all software and hardware replacement;
• Provide end-user support on hardware, software and networking related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience is preferred;
• Familiar with Windows operating system and Office software;
• Familiar with Active Directory is preferred;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
