Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle IT desktop-side inquiries
- Provide IT on-site support and troubleshooting on hardware & software
- Customer-centric to ensure timely resolution of incidents by acquiring the necessary information to best measure impact to the end-users
- Create and update end-users FAQs
- Provide user account management
- Maintain and update the inventory of hardware and software
- Monitor and perform server administration
- Perform data backup and restore data
- Handle/assist with ad-hoc project assignments
- Collaborate with IT teammates to manage IT support services
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2 or 3 years working experience in IT Desktop support, plus hands-on Servers and Networking
- Experience in supporting remotely via remote tools
- Experience in supporting MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, BlueJean, VooV Meeting, etc
- Experience in supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 Products, Macintosh, i-Devices,
- Experience in supporting Wi-Fi, AV System, Video Conferencing, Networking Devices (i.e. Firewall, Switch, AP, Patching, etc)
- Knowledge in various Windows Servers (i.e. AD, DHCP, File&Print) and Storage Backup and Local Area Network
- Knowledge in CCNA, CISA, ITIL, ITSM is an advantage
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skill
- Good team player with positive mindset, good attitude, responsible, and reliable
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
