Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hardware and configuration and troubleshooting
• Support and interact with end users
• Contribute IT infrastructure support - Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications
• Perform break fix issues including desktop, laptop and Windows
• Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help users

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science or related discipline
• 3 years+ of experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support / Network Security / Windows Server Admin
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
