They are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of investment/finance operations as well as experience as a business analyst/project manager for investment related projects. Strong understanding of data flow in finance/investment systems are necessary to be successful in this role.

They are currently undertaking a multi-year, large scale project, which includes a complete revamp of their data infrastructure and all investment related systems to support the growth of the firm.

They are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of investment/finance operations as well as experience as a business analyst/project manager for investment related projects. Strong understanding of data flow in finance/investment systems are necessary to be successful in this role.

Excellent communication skills in English is a must.

Description

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, supporting testing and implement the investment portfolio system
• Understand the data flow between different systems
• Feasibility studies and gap analysis
• Foresee and mitigate any project risks
• Communicate between external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Sometimes act as project manager/coordinator
• Any ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned

Profile

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, economics, information technology or any related degree
• 4+ years of experience in finance/investment related projects as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
• Good understanding of investment/finance operations
• Solid foundation in data governance, credit rating, bench marking data would be a definite plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese is a plus
• Must be proactive and be a team player
