Responsibilities:

• Transforms branch admin. team's manual tasks into automated solutions, deriving cost savings and productivity enhancements
• Responsible for designing, using existing tools including Excel macros, or developing, piloting and implementing cost effective tools that help automate multiple manual and time-consuming reports and data templates
• Work closely with IT team and internal users to ensure proper development and implementation of program and system specifications
• Performs all necessary testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of solutions being roll out
• Prepare analysis report on cost spending and project budget for the central branch admin. department

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skill
• Business analyst experience preferred; experience in operation dept. would be an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions, VBA, Macros; knowledge in SQL and programming would be an advantage
