Job Responsibilities

• Perform marketing activities, including ATL/BTL support and brand building campaign
• Contribute to the development of creative corporate and marketing communications to ensure quality and proper branding to achieve business objectives
• Develop and execute clearly defined branding, PR or communications and sponsorship programs for key growth areas and initiatives
• Manage copywriting, translation and marketing/PR activities
• Perform issue and crisis management, handle media and handle customer complaints referred by media or addressed to the management
• Manage projects/events as a project manager and work in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR or Marketing Communications
• Knowledge on insurance, banking and financial services or agency experience added advantage
• Good consumer and business writing
• Good PR writing and knowledge, with PR contacts
• Traditional, digital and social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook)
• MS Office savvy and Chinese word processing
• Basic graphic/video editing with Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
