Job Descriptions:

• Oversee daily operations, P&L and manage the team of managers to drive for a motivated frontline team and achieve business target.
• Ensure to enforce company’s standard and development of staff.
• Assess, recruit, lead, manage, develop and retain a high performance team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the food and service.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in catering industry.
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Branch / District Manager.
