We are introducing a couple of famous Japanese brands into Hong Kong’s department store, (Takami, Koh Gen Do, ETVOS and AMPLEUR, SNOVA, DUO etc.), they have been sold for decades in Japan and are very popular among Mainaland Chinese and America. To cope with our various upcoming projects, we need creative and dynamic people to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Explore new markets and keep track of cosmetic industry trends;
• Identify and develop strategies to exploit the new opportunities by conducting regular review of different distribution channels, portfolio and consumer groups of HK and overseas markets.  
• Set up distributor business model and develop distributors’ KPIs;
• Corporate with marketing team to maximize sales, coach and motivate them on initiatives including events, social media campaigns with creative ideas;
• Build good business relationships with existing business partners, customers and service providers.
• Provide training and service updates when required.

Requirement:  

• Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline;
• At least 4 years solid working experience, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in cosmetic industry;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to work with various business partners;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Willing to roll-up-your sleeves attitudes;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Japanese knowledge is a must.
