JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report and assist the Artistic Director.
• Overseas, develop, plan out dance program and productions with Artistic Director.
• Monitor closely to each dance class enrolment numbers.
• Scheduling of dance classes and dance teachers' working shifts
• Arranging weekly dance teacher trainings/ meetings for Artistic Director
• Implement all administrative activities related to the dance program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder
• Outstanding communication skills -  verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to anticipate, initiate, and advance multiple priorities
• Team player with enthusiasm for taking on tasks both large and small.
• Experience in dance
• Love working with young children
