• Lead the R&D engineer team to move from the R&D to production stage, ensure all technology transfer is smooth and effective
• Assist in build up the technology Road-Map and schedule according to the decision of CEO and Board-Management
• Manage the budget on different platforms and  projects to ensure the well used of the resources
• Keep track on the latest technology in the related fields
• Conduct research on case studies on leading edge technologies and implement feasibility studies
• In charge for the automation design for the mass commercial production to ensure the quality and improve effectiveness
• Work with other department heads during the project cycle

• Master Degree or above in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering field
• 7 to 10 years working experience on R&D, project management and technology transfer
• Achievement / Solid track record in technical transfer from R&D to Commercial Production is a definite advantage
• Experience in medical device projects is a plus
• Strong in people management skill and budget control
• Technical person with business sense

• Salary Budget: Up to HK$120,000 per month + Bonus
