Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, develop project scope according to business strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure that each project completes on-time and meets business objectives
• Measure and monitor each project from inception to delivery, including tracking and communicating status, identifying and tracking cross-functional dependencies
• Identify and circumvent the risks beforehand so that the project will be delivered in time along with premium quality
• Work closely with departments to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business objectives
• Oversee implementation of business measurement, operational guidelines or strategies, and support management reporting through coordination and communication between business teams
• Manage the dynamics of the project team. Demonstrate leadership and drive progression throughout the project life cycle
• Progress monitoring through the use of excel, google work sheet or Tableau dashboard
• Promoting inter-team as well as intra-team communication and efficiency in order to improve transparency, and information dissemination.
• Foster a continuous learning and cross-team knowledge sharing culture amongst project delivery groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in business management or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of working experience in consulting, business operation, business planning or project management, preferably in e-commerce or technology industry
• Knowledge and experience in software development is a plus
• Expert communicator and negotiator with good written, verbal (in both English and Cantonese), presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills with agile methodology
• Ability to work well with excel, PowerPoint and Tableau for data analytic work is a plus
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate people
• Proven ability to build strong, cohesive relationships with the business, operations, technology and other key business units
• Data driven, strong analytical and logical sense
