Job Responsibilities:
Manage Financial Reporting, Bank Account Management & Finance Internal Control teams.
Lead to strengthen the internal control processes of Finance Department and provide guidance to team heads of proper accounting treatment.
Prepare policies and procedures in relation to Finance Department.
Prepare monthly reporting package for senior management and also for the parent company.
Maintain control and design of chart of accounts code of the Group and to ensure consistent practices among all offices.
Supervise consolidation and group reporting process in HK and overseas offices.
Ensure compliance of regulations include Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) for licensed entities, Listing Rules for listed co matters such as compliance with the reporting obligations under Chapter 13, 14 and 14A of the Listing Rules (such as CCT caps and size tests) and work with Company Secretariat.
Discuss with front line business units and provide accounting advice on project structuring.
Liaise with external and internal auditors and ensure smooth external / internal audit process.
Work with tax team of Finance Department to ensure proper tax compliance and maintenance of transfer pricing policies across the Group (within Hong Kong and overseas jurisdictions).
Work with IT Department on IT projects in relation to Finance and ensure sufficient involvement from Finance on project implementation
Any other ad hoc tasks requested by management.

Job Specifications:
Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related principle with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent.
At least 15 years of relevant hands-on finance experience gained from Big 4 companies, banks securities firm or sizable financial institution; experienced finance heads from overseas investment banks will be an advantage.
Knowledge in Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
Familiar with HK accounting standards.
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical mind and good time management skills; able to work independently and as a team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Proficient in MS Word, PPT and Excel.
