PROFILE

•  Minimum 10 years relevant experiences in Production Process in factory environment
•  Knowledge in printing / Digital printing /Packaging / RFID products
•  Can lead a team of people, self-motivated and responsible
•  Well-organized, problem-solving mentality, Communication skills
•  Knowledge of Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English (French not mandatory is an advantage)

 RESPONSIBILITES

• Management position, able to analyze, structure, communicate and report
•  In charge of Production matters for 5 Print Shops (HK, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, France)
•  In charge directly of the Development team (HK based, 4 people)
•  In charge of QC process & Certifications (FSC, OEKO-TEX, …)
•  Direct liaison with Operation Manager and CEO
•  Responsible for Production planning, coordination and organization
•  Member of the team in charge of Purchasing machines, setup, maintenance & training
•  Occasional short-term travel to the Print shop
• Work closely with other teams such as Logistic, Merchandising, IT
• Become part of our dynamic team, Join the Management Level and report to the CEO
