RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for FULL product cycle for Gifts / Novelties / Hobby & Collectibles / Toy Gadgets from concept generation, design drawing, material sourcing, product presentation (including product, graphic & packaging design, and artwork production) to production and market launch.
• Conduct product research and market analysis to identify product and materials trends and create new product ideas.
• Use CAD software to refine designs and create virtual models of products.
• Evaluate product prototypes in order to determine production feasibility and costs.
• Drive consumer and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with licensing, and merchandising teams to ensure compatibility of all design for production and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Diploma or above in product design or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience in product and graphic design
• Well experienced in licensed product development and manufacturing highly preferred
• Strong and proficient in Solidworks, Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign a pre-requisite
• Detail-oriented and creative with strong problem-solving ability
• Able to manage multi-tasks, work under pressure, tight schedules & overtime
• Self-motivated, mature, responsible and independent
