Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of shipping documents and customs declaration, including China I/E declaration
• Arrange raw materials delivery to China factories
• Coordinate with sales, forwarders and truckers to ensure timely deliveries of materials & goods 
• Data entry and filing, perform shipment process through system
• Picking and Packing of products/samples for courier shipment
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 2 - 3 years of I/E shipping experience
  
• Understanding of trading process and customs
• Proficient in MS Office applications, internet, tradelink and Chi. word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Can work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Shipping Coordinator
• Immediate available is highly preferred
