Responsibilities:
▪ Assisting in different marketing and product materials inventory management
▪ Provide administrative support and follow-up quotations, contracts, purchase order and invoice
▪ Support in documentation and filing
▪ Assist in the marketing activities and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:
▪ Diploma or above, with 1-2 years relevant experience in marketing administration is preferred
▪ Fresh graduate will be considered
▪ Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills
▪ Multi-tasking, self-motivated to absorb new knowledge & can work under tight timeline
▪ Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
▪ Proficient in MS office, Excel, Power Point & Chinese word processing
