Main Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of all marketing and PR campaigns;
• Provide support to the production of marketing collaterals, working closely with designhouses, advertising agencies and other printing production companies in the scope of budget and media planning and handling, tasks co-ordination, quotation bargaining and jobs monitoring;
• Maintain and update the company’s website and manage social media platforms;
• Assist in the membership activities and maintain its database;
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team.

Requirement

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must
• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or in a related discipline, or equivalent (applicant who does not have equivalent qualification but possesses rich knowledge or experience in the field of performing arts may also apply with provision of information in writing)
• An interest in exploring the career in the performing arts;
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, initiative and creativity, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Well versed with design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua an advantage;

 Note: Serving and former –

(i)  Non-civil Service Contract Trainees of LCSD (Arts Administrator Trainees, Museum Trainees, Stage Management Trainees and Public Relations/Arts Marketing Trainees included);
(ii) Arts Administrator Trainees of LCSD Venue Partners and the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society; or
(iii) Local interns trained by arts organisations under the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC)'s Training Schemes*

will not be considered.

*The HKADC's Training Schemes include the Arts Administration Internship Scheme, the HKADC Arts Administration Internship Scheme and the Arts Production Internship Scheme.

 Remuneration Package

Remuneration package commensurate with Candidate’s qualifications and experience
