Responsibilities:

• Develop PR and branding, marketing strategies for the Center from scratch;
• Design, execute and perform tracking of PR, branding and marketing programs;
• Promote the Center through different channels including website, e-newsletter, social media, printed and electronic media, etc;
• Handle PR and media relations such as interviews and media activities; maintain good relations with the media;
• Collaborate and communicate with the University partners, local and overseas research collaborators, and the industry to promote our company.
• Organize various kinds of events and workshops e.g. conferences, award ceremonies, seminars, public events, planning, budget control, execution and event logistics

Requirements:

• A bachelor or higher degree preferably in business, communication, marketing, public relations, or science;
•  At least 5 years’ experience in PR or marketing fields and experience in social media and writing would be an advantage;
• Smart, mature, organized with pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills;
• Attentive to details, creative, independent, proactive and flexible to meet tight schedule;
• Possess excellent communication skills, media relations experience and network;
• Proficiency in the design and production of marketing materials; Basic knowledge of graphic design and proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
