Job Description
Our client is a leading well-known FMCG company. To cope with their business needs, the company is currently looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing digital projects involving emerging technology capabilities in programmatic media buying, CRM, Social listening, B2C e-Commerce, analytics, content (social, search) for the brands of the group
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies and projects (performance, growth, acquisition) in the region that are aligned with overall marketing strategies to acquire/partner brands and retailers to utilize and connect through the marketplace
- Manage digital marketing analytics to drive site traffic to the participated EC platforms and drive conversion, and conduct performance analysis to ensure the campaign and objectives are met
- Enhance consumer experience throughout the journey across PESO channels and different touchpoints
- Work closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies, plans are well communicated with the goal
- Keep up-to-date digital marketing tools in order to maximize campaign efficiency and e-commerce performance
Requirements:
- University Degree Holder or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial and supervisory role in the consumer products field with proven successful track record.
- Data-driven marketer with an excellent track record in driving the conversation
- Excellent communications, interpersonal skills, team management and collaboration
- Solid experience in digital marketing, digital advertising, social media, e-Commerce and performance marketing
- Hands-on digital experience knowledge and experience, such as SEM, SEO, digital advertising, digital projects and social media
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferable
