We are looking for a talented marketer to focus on developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Collaboratively develop and coordinate for the paid marketing strategy
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, GDN, Display, Programmatic)
• Set up conversion and event tracking on the website, app and across various digital platforms
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive effective results
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging content 
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in paid media marketing
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• In depth knowledge of paid ads and web traffic metrics
• Basic knowledge of digital currency 
• Experience in financial investment is preferred but not required
