Job Description

Job Scope

Manage marketing and promotional activities of the assigned brands. Implement marketing and business plan. Take appropriate steps to measure, enhance and enrich the market position and image of assigned brands through various goals and objectives. Support business & product development by research and market study. Continuous review and track on market trends and development and adjust strategies and plan if needed.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve marketing and branding objectives.
  • Develop long term marketing, trade marketing strategies for assigned Brands & Products.
  • Plan / support on annual marketing event /exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend appropriate changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Accurate and timely preparation and delivery of monthly report including financials and Business Reviews. Convenient access to up-to-date and accurate market information including business and product performance
  • A&P Budget Control
  • Sales & marketing budgets and forecast are prepared with detailed analysis and data backing. Make sure that expenses are used efficiently to help achieve business priorities
  • Develop plan/activities to engage consumers on relevant media channel.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Own/ follow up media plan creation and design concept of print ads and publications.
  • Monitor/ work with design house on creation and delivery of POSM, visual merchandising & display, and other marketing materials as per plan.
  • Drive / implement overall CRM and direct marketing.
  • Expand product solutions and offerings.
  • Take active role to support in new product development project of the company, evaluating options, internal priorities, and recommending marketing tool and budget.
  • Effective inventory management. Inventory levels align with sales plans, economic climate and other business trends. Minimizes business lost due to out of stock and/or inflates storage costs and dampens profitability due to over stock

Requirement

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 3 + years marketing support or brand management experience in FMCG industry
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure with minimal supervision, well-organized, self-motivated and willing to work overtime to meet tight deadline
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
5 days work week, 13 months pay with year-end bonus based on performance.
