Job responsibilities：

• Strategically drive business related projects and initiatives from planning to execution
• Generate new ideas & actionable recommendations in view of the latest market trend for brand shops
• Conduct regular review for business performance monitoring
• Maintain close co-ordination and cooperation with different department to drive effectiveness
• Lead and motivate all retail team to achieve assigned KPIs with agility, frequent review with Frontline supervisors on possible solutions to maximize sales generating business opportunities 
• Oversee CRM function - to retain and grow customers base by various marketing activities making good use of our Apps 
• Regularly monitor market, consumer trend, key competitor’s activities and conduct market research

Qualification Requirement：

• Bachelor degree holder in business or relevant discipline 
• At least 6 years’ sales related experience in FMCG field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent analytical capability
• Creative, passionate and sound problem solving and decision-making ability
• Capable to deliver impactful business action plan
• Strong people management skills, ability to influence people
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
• Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
