Job Descriptions:

• Prepare analysis, report and presentation PowerPoint for management review and regional meeting;  
• Coordinate and communicate with Supplier/factories for testing & inspection procedures;
• Manage incoming 3rd party inspection reports and work with suppliers on any issues;
• Manage due diligence chemical testing;
• Support Head of QA in TQM development and follow up factory audit CAP filing and review;
• General admin support to QA team, create, maintain and file QA records (Inspection Certificate, Seal sample records, Factory audit reports);
• Manage incoming Market Product Claims;
• Support QA operation and Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in apparel design or related discipline; 
• 2-3 experiences of experience in fashion industry preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome); 
• Good team player with sound communication skills; 
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English
• Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, etc.);
• Strong in data analysis & IT skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint
