Responsibilities:

• Drive procurement activities and sourcing related to new product development and support OEM Project Management.
• Work with top management, orders with vendors, internal parties to ensure internal customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet company's quality and budget requirements & price negotiation
• Manage and follow up the quotation and issue PO
• Keep track data and information of any potential risk and opportunities of sourcing quality, speed innovation and cost
• Monitor market intelligence and sourcing opportunities to ensure the company's future growth needs are supported
• Ensure the SAP Migration

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Trading / Sourcing / Business related discipline preferable
• At least 7 years solid trading and sourcing experience in food & beverage
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, 
• Exhibits high level of attention to details, results-oriented and the ability to multi-task handling
• Proven negotiation skills, Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and with high initiative and integrity
• Excellent time management, proactive and flexible
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP system
